Document Control Lead

Job Summary
This position is site based in Ajax Ontario.
- Develop and implement Document Management framework and the Document Management Plan to ensure compliance with the project governance system framework.
- Develop implement and assess implementation of Document Management procedures and processes.
- Ensure Project documentation is received tracked and monitored according to Document Management Plan.
- Perform Quality and Compliance checks on documentation.
- Collaborate in system improvements and rollouts.
- Provide support and training to Project team on document management.
- Undertake audits to ensure document management processes are well implemented and ensure data integrity.
- Undertake reporting as required.
- Onboard Project team and subcontractor to document management system.
- Ensure Client and other stakeholders are onboarded to the document management system and supported through the lifecycle of the project.
- Minimum 5 years of document management experience and/ or working with an engineering consultant or construction company.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Experience developing a Document Management Plan and Process Maps.
- Proficient with InEight and MS Office Suite Procore would be an asset.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment.
