Document Control Lead

• Develop and implement Document Management framework and the Document Management Plan to ensure compliance with the project governance system framework.
• Develop implement and assess implementation of Document Management procedures and processes.
• Ensure Project documentation is received tracked and monitored according to Document Management Plan.
• Perform Quality and Compliance checks on documentation.
• Collaborate in system improvements and rollouts.
• Provide support and training to Project team on document management.
• Undertake audits to ensure document management processes are well implemented and ensure data integrity.
• Undertake reporting as required.
• Onboard Project team and subcontractor to document management system.
• Ensure Client and other stakeholders are onboarded to the document management system and supported through the lifecycle of the project.

• Minimum 5 years of document management experience and/ or working with an engineering consultant or construction company.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Experience developing a Document Management Plan and Process Maps.
• Proficient with InEight and MS Office Suite Procore would be an asset.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment.
