Job Summary
District Sales Representative Western Region (BC)
British Columbia Canada
Reports to: District Sales Manager
Summary: This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing new opportunities and business in the Western Region.
Location: Vancouver British Columbia
Travel: Up to 50%
Responsibilities:
- Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential
- Establish an annual sales budget and achieve the budget through account development
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts
- Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan
- Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them
- Segmentation of different applications versus clientele
- Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments
- Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Timely completion of all sales administration
Minimum Requirements
- Technical Degree Masters or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering mechanical electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics
- MS-Office CRM tools Share Point Business Object
- 5 years relevant experience
- Specific knowledge in the Pneumatic hydraulics automation electrical or electronic
- Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment Industry Cluster
Compensation: Base salary ranges from $100000 to $120000 addition the successful candidate will be eligible for a variable incentive plan. At 100% target achievement total annual compensation is expected to be approximately $145000 - 165000.
