As a District Recruiter for PCL Industrial Management Edmonton Alberta (Ind Mgmt) youll have the opportunity to identify attract and hire top talent to deliever some of the largest and most complex industrial construction projects across this role you will partner with leaders to execute innovative recruitment strategies that position PCL Construction as an employer of choice.

Heres how a District Recruiter for PCL Industrial Management Inc. within Edmonton Industrial Management contributes to our team:
- Leads the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of construction professional and leadership roles ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and positioning PCL as an employer of choice.
- Partners with key stakeholders to shape hiring strategies for businesscritical roles providing consultative marketinformed recruitment guidance.
- Develops and executes proactive recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies to build strong diverse talent pipelines aligned with future workforce needs.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with operational leaders offering insights on market trends workforce risks and recruitment best practices.
- Leverages recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and datainformed hiring decisions.
- Demonstrates a commitment to inclusive hiring practices and building diverse talent pipelines.
- Supports international recruitment initiatives and crossborder talent acquisition efforts.
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
- 5 years of progressive recruitment experience in a highvolume corporate environment; construction recruitment experience is an asset.
- Ability to manage 20 active requisitions across multiple projects and departments while maintaining excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen; recruitment experience within construction or a similar industry preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and act as a strategic solutionoriented advisor.
- Strong ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels through datadriven insight market knowledge and professional judgment.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional communication organizational and timemanagement skills.
- High attention to detail confidentiality and accuracy in recordkeeping.
