THE TEAM
The mission of the Distribution Department is to deliver Everyday Luxury experiences through a seamless and structured Distribution Network.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible forthe seamless flow of product and supplies into within and out of a Distribution Centre. You will play a pivotal role in executing and monitoring the inbound outbound and inventory operations that enable the delivery of our world-class Distribution approach. THE ROLE
As the Senior Distribution Centre Supervisor/Distribution Centre Supervisor you will lead the team to:
Uphold operational excellence within the four walls of our Distribution Centres
Facilitate the intake of shipments arriving to our Distribution Network
Facilitate the direct and indirect activities involved in fulfilling shipments sent from our Distribution Network
Facilitate the movement of inventory within our Distribution Network
Uphold workplace safety and health and violence protection measures
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Distribution Centre Supervisor/Distribution Centre Supervisor has:
Proven skills education and/or applicable certifications in Distribution Centre leadership apparel or retail operations and distribution automation.
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50000 - $150000 per year. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
