Distribution Associate II 2nd Shift

Shift: Monday Friday 2:00 PM 10:00 PM (flexible)

Location: 2 Medicorum Place Waterdown ON

What You Will Do:

The Distribution Associate II must be a team-oriented individual capable of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Core responsibilities include receiving restocking picking packing and auditing products as well as housekeeping duties associated with maintaining an organized clean and safe work environment. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Distribution team while championing Strykers Mission and Values.

• Inspect sort verify and receipt incoming goods against packing slips / invoices and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies.
• Pick pack and accurately confirm goods prior to shipment.
• Cycle count inventory.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of items received transferred and shipped.
• Report any discrepancies for drugs and natural health products to Quality Assurance.
• Plan and prioritize work to ensure daily activities are completed on-time.
• Maintain up-to-date training on departmental and company SOPs.
• Identify and communicate any required procedural updates based on day-to-day operations.

What You Need:

Required:

• Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years experience in Distribution Center manufacturing or similar environment
• 2 years experience operating material handling equipment

Preferred:

• Post-Secondary education (Distribution Supply Chain or Logistics)
• Previous completion of counterbalance and/or reach forklift licensing
• Prior experience using RFID scanner

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to life and move medium and heavier weight items up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time including standing

$51500 - $68650 CAD Annual plus bonus eligible and benefits.

Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
