The Hamilton LRT Alliance has been selected by Metrolinx as the development partner for the Hamilton LRT Package 1: Civil & Utilities. Under the alliance model Aecon provides construction capability and resources as part of an integrated team working collaboratively with all alliance participants to progress design cost and construction schedules during the projects development phase.

- Lead the development and execution of major proposal pursuits and bid strategies.
- Oversee RFQ RFP EOI and Market Sounding submissions from pursuit launch to close.
- Manage proposal teams resources schedules and submission quality.
- Collaborate with executive leadership operations estimating commercial and technical teams.
- Lead pursuit activities involving Joint Venture (JV) Alliance and P3 delivery models.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and pursuit governance processes.
- Mentor and develop proposal professionals and pursuit teams.
- Present pursuit recommendations risk assessments and win strategies to senior leadership.
- 15 years of proposal bid management or pursuit leadership experience on major infrastructure projects.
- Proven success leading complex transit transportation civil or construction pursuits.
- Strong understanding of Alliance P3 Design-Build and JV delivery models.
- Exceptional leadership communication stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Business Communications or a related field.
