Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Business Partner with Sales Leadership to provide guidance on customer investments trade spend promotional effectiveness and mix
- Influence Commercial decisions through fact based analysis and financial insights
- Own and manage the Gross-to-Net P&L including trade spending customer investments promotions rebates deductions and pricing programs.
- Monitor GTN performance against budget forecast and prior year identifying risks and opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in trade effectiveness and customer profitability analysis.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Growth Management teams to optimize pricing promotion assortment and customer investment strategies.
- Ensure governance and compliance over trade-related programs and spending.
- Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning processes for sales trade spending net sales and profitability.
- Develop and maintain customer channel and category financial forecasts.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting including performance scorecards variance analysis and executive presentations.
- Identify drivers of business performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process through financial insights and scenario analyses.
- Lead customer and channel profitability analysis to identify growth and margin opportunities.
- Evaluate investment decisions promotional programs and commercial initiatives through rigorous financial assessment.
- Develop financial models and business cases supporting strategic initiatives and customer opportunities.
- Analyze market trends competitive dynamics pricing actions and volume drivers to support commercial decision-making.
- Translate complex financial information into clear actionable recommendations for business leaders
- Own sales-related balance sheet accounts including trade accruals customer deductions promotional liabilities
- Ensure accurate accrual methodologies and timely reconciliation of customer investment accounts.
- Partner with Controllership and Shared Services teams to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
- Maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audit requirements.
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing Sales Finance team.
- Establish clear objectives accountability and career development plans for team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and business partnership.
- Build organizational capability in financial analysis commercial acumen and strategic decision support.
- Champion finance best practices process improvements and automation opportunities.
Supervision:
- Reports to Senior Director Finance
Qualifications Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting or related field with 10 years work experienceand 5 years financial management experience preferably in consumer-packaged goods industry.
CPA certification required
Work experience must include both commercial finance and controllership
Previous experience managing a diverse portfolio and team required
Proven ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced environment ability to deal with ambiguity change and a dynamic business environment
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
Ability to analyze and assimilate relevant data into key financial recommendations and decisions.
Background and experience in P&L management
Demonstrated critical thinking skills including leveraging analytics benchmarking and insights to generate meaningful strategies and solutions
Strong leadership interpersonal communications organizational and financial skills ability to interact with all levels of management.
Proven ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers peers and effectively managing those relationships
Experience working in a multi-location preferably a multi-national organization
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge
Systems savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
Experience with SAP preferred

Compensation:
Pay Range:143000-$193000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal Conagra employees Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
