Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starting enthusiastic and driven professional looking to further their own career while working in a big team. They should be comfortable communicating with others in a team environment and able to work directly with clients.

We invite candidates located in Ottawa to apply. This is an in-person role and the candidate is required to work from our Ottawa office 5 days per week.

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete day-to-day digital marketing tasks including posting blogs on client websites sharing blogs on social media citation-building Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Google Business Profile website updates data entry and other duties as required
• Oversee the client onboarding process serving as the primary contact for all incoming clients. Collect access items for the team and check-in on onboarding status
• Execute onboarding tasks for new clients which involves setting up their profiles in our reporting software and initiating basic Google account configurations
• Assist with the support portal both in closing digital marketing tickets and in escalating tickets to other departments such as web or SEO
• Support other team members with overflow tasks and projects as required
• Be accountable to individual and department objectives and key results (OKRs)
