We are looking for two Die Cutters for days and nights for our Paris location.

This position is a new position to support organizational growth.

The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour commensurate with experience education and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

• Experience setting up and operating die cutting equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and meet production targets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow job instructions and paperwork
• Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience performing equipment maintenance
• Ability to train and support junior or temporary staff
• Commitment to quality standards SOPs and workplace procedures
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
