Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
- Prepare and organize dental models for processing in prep room performing cleaning and disinfecting processes
- Read and follow directions on prescription. Be able to understand a doctors preferences
- Follow in-process laboratory Quality Assurance standards
- Pour trim section and articulate stone models from patients impressions
- Operate and maintain a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment such as: trimmers lathes saw articulators and cleaning devices
- Maintain dental tools and equipment with cleanliness and care
- Follow daily schedule and production goals
- Other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a relevant field or dental lab environment preferred
- Excellent hand/eye coordination
- Ability to stand for extended hours and lift weight up to 20lbs
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced die trimming experience is a plus
- Milling center environment computer-based workstation. Benchwork with high speed and low-speed handpieces
- High School Diploma or equivalent
