Delivery Team Lead

As Delivery Team Lead you will oversee a cross-functional agile team responsible for designing coding testing and deploying state-of-the-art solutions that incorporate the latest machine learning and operations research techniques. You will collaborate closely with globally recognized AI and data scientists to translate complex business challenges into algorithms and scalable software solutions. You will apply modern development approaches to produce pragmatic high-impact software. Core responsibilities include: ensuring the product delivery team is optimally executing and aligned for project success; managing day-to-day project delivery activities; overseeing Sprint Planning and SCRUM execution; leading technical discussions with client resources; coaching and developing delivery team members; and participating in sales activities.

Qualifications :

Required: Proven track record managing a product delivery team. Experience leading teams developing front-end and back-end solutions on cloud infrastructure. Experience deploying B2B solutions. Extensive experience working in and leading Agile development environments. Experience with development and service delivery or management frameworks such as DevOps CI/CD SRE or ITIL. Strong problem-solving skills with a highly collaborative and effective communication style. Nice to have: Understanding of AI data science or mathematical optimization techniques.
