Delivery Lead, LNG

Were looking for an experienced Delivery Lead LNG to join our organization in Calgary this pivotal role you will oversee the successful execution and delivery of liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects from conception through completion. You will lead cross-functional teams manage complex timelines and budgets and ensure all deliverables meet our organizations quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position demands a decisive detail-oriented professional who can navigate the complexities of large-scale energy projects while maintaining operational excellence.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of LNG projects ensuring adherence to scope schedule and budget parameters
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across internal teams clients and external partners
• Oversee team performance provide mentorship and foster a collaborative delivery environment
• Monitor project progress through key performance indicators and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements safety standards and organizational policies throughout project lifecycle
• Coordinate with engineering operations and procurement teams to optimize project execution
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality deliverables and timely completion
• Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement

Qualifications :

• 7 years of experience in project or program delivery management within the energy sector
• 5 years of direct experience with LNG operations development or capital projects
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in complex multi-million dollar projects
• Strong knowledge of LNG industry standards processes and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling budget management and resource allocation
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools and software
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Preferred: Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Preferred: Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes
• Preferred: Familiarity with risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies

Additional Information :

*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our clients needs.

The base salary range for this role is $242K - 422K CAD. This range reflects the companys good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience skills qualifications and internal addition to base salary employees may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
