Dealing Representative, Calgary OR Vancouver

Our client a well-established alternative lending and investment group is seeking a Dealing Representative for their Calgary and Vancouver locations. As a Dealing Representative you will drive capital raising efforts by connecting high-net-worth accredited and institutional investors with a secure real estate-backed mortgage fund.

Core Responsibilities

• Pipeline Development: Proactively source new investor leads and leverage your existing network to build strong client relationships.
• Investment Advisory: Pitch the funds products simplify complex financial concepts and confidently address investor questions.
• Compliance & Due Diligence: Manage client documentation meticulously to meet all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Market Strategy: Stay ahead of real estate market trends and competitor products while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• Credentials: Currently registered or willing to work towards being a certified Dealing Representative in Alberta or British Columbia (EMP; Exempt Market Proficiency Certificate requirement).
• Experience: 3 years of proven success in investment sales financial services or real estate.
• Skill Set: Goal-oriented and self-motivated with exceptional presentation skills and a solid grasp of private placement/mortgage fund regulations.
