IntroductionThe Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a detail oriented organized and tech savvy Accounting Assistant professional to join our Toyota on Regent this role you will support the Controller with accounting and administrative functions of the dealership while helping ensure smooth day to day will take pride in maintaining accurate records supporting financial processes and providing reliable administrative assistance. Learn more about us here: Day in the LifeAs an Accounting Assistant you begin the day by preparing daily deposits updating financial spreadsheets and supporting the day to day operations of the administration department alongside the Controller. Throughout the day you process invoices and payments reconcile accounts and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and completed within dealership play an important role in maintaining dealership accounting operations by supporting Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) vehicle deal processing payroll voucher administration government remittances and monthly financial reporting.
