Title: Data Migration Lead - with Salesforce

Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator (3 years exp.) with strong data migration and validation skills to manage complex data environments.

Technical Experience
3 years hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
Proficient in SOQL with ability to write complex queries for data validation
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model (objects fields relationships record types)
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud is highly preferred
Familiarity with data migration tools (Data Loader Workbench ETL tools)
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Proven ability to manage ambiguity in complex multi-stakeholder environments
High degree of patience and persistence in troubleshooting data issues
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience migrating patient data in healthcare/pharmaceutical domains
Understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPEDA PIPEDA)
Exposure to Dataproc Apache Spark or similar big data
