Job Summary
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
By delegation from the Lab Manager Construction Services the Data Entry Analyst (Administrator) is responsible for providing effective and competent support to Intertek Testing Services NA a safe legal and ethical manner.
- This position will appeal to a self-motivated individual with a strong background in data analysis excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a solid work ethic coupled with an interest in career growth.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Listed examples are illustrative and representative of the tasks required of this position and are not intended to be complete or exclusive.
- Accurately enter track and maintain construction materials testing data and laboratory reports including concrete asphalt soil compaction grout and other related testing services.
- Coordinate and maintain work orders project files and service records to support the efficient tracking and delivery of construction materials testing services.
- Maintain laboratory equipment calibration records and assist with tracking calibration status and documentation.
- Develop working knowledge of construction materials testing procedures quality documentation project workflows and client service requirements.
- Carrying out all responsibilities in a supportive manner with total adherence to: The Companys Health Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures Quality Management System Compliance and Ethics Policies Vision Mission and Strategy and exercises good judgment common sense and diplomacy.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Accounting Background Diploma is preferred or alternatively equivalent technical experience.
- 13 years of progressively responsible experience in data entry data analysis or a related field.
- Familiar with civil engineering construction QA/QC inspection and test standards and procedures to ASTM and CSA standards.

- Effective business writing and composition skills with a good command of the English language.
- Ability to complete tasks.
- Familiarity with data management systems (e.g. QESTLab or similar) is an asset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
- Microsoft Office software knowledge.
Salary & Benefits Information
The hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
