Job Summary

Data Centers are considered Critical Facilities. This means that we support hospitals laboratories public safety centers. Simply put - We cannot go this crucial role you will complete repairs corrective maintenance and routine installations of Critical Facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• You will perform site inspections and supervise the building and Data Center alarms

• Performs preventative maintenance on-site infrastructure (e.g. maintenance of primary infrastructures) or leads vendors

• Undertake repairs and corrective maintenance

• Extensive knowledge of critical infrastructure i.e. UPS generator BMS chillers life safety systems

• Completion of site logs and data gathering issuing for basic permits such as MOPs and scripts

• Respond to all on-site incidents and acts as the need arises

• Completes routine work requests and circuit installations

• Provide assistance during critical maintenance activities

• You are able to optimally collaborate within the department and provide recommendations to peers for general maintenance activities

• Carry out basic infrastructure projects

• 24/7 Operation - Your flexibility to work any assigned shift off-schedule fill in for workmate respond to emergencies etc.

Qualifications

• A natural curiosity and strong troubleshooting skills

• Experience working in a critical facility

• Strong system level mechanical or electrical proficiency

• You are capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and are agile in manual dexterity (climb stoop et.) with or without an accommodation

• 3 years experience

• High School Diploma

• Vous effectuerez des réparations et de la maintenance corrective

• Vous possédez une connaissance approfondie des infrastructures critiques notamment les onduleurs les générateurs les systèmes de gestion du bâtiment (BMS) les refroidisseurs et les systèmes de sécurité incendie

• Vous remplirez les journaux de bord du site et collecterez les données nécessaires à lobtention des autorisations de base telles que les procédures dexploitation et les scripts

• Vous interviendrez sur tous les incidents sur site et agirez en fonction des besoins

• Vous effectuerez les demandes de travaux de routine et les installations de circuits

• Vous apporterez votre aide lors des activités de maintenance critiques

• Vous êtes capable de collaborer efficacement au sein du service et de formuler des recommandations à vos collègues concernant les activités de maintenance générale

• Vous réaliserez des projets dinfrastructure de base. Fonctionnement 24h/24 et 7j/7 - Votre flexibilité est requise pour travailler selon les horaires assignés en dehors des horaires habituels remplacer un collègue intervenir en cas durgence etc.

Qualifications

• Curiosité naturelle et solides compétences en dépannage

• Expérience de travail dans une installation critique

• Solides compétences mécaniques ou électriques au niveau système

• Vous êtes capable de soulever jusquà 23 kg et possédez une bonne dextérité manuelle (grimper se pencher etc.) avec ou sans aménagement.

• 3 ans dexpérience minimum

• Diplôme détudes secondaires

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Canada - MT1 Montreal : 58000 - 86000 CAD / Annual

Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus equity or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus and equity may be offered depending on the position.
