We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will collect analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making identify trends and provide actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills proficiency with data visualization tools and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect validate and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends patterns and opportunities for business improvement.
- Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Create visualizations and presentations to communicate insights effectively.
- Perform data cleansing transformation and quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs.
- Support forecasting budgeting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Develop and document data definitions processes and reporting standards.
- Ensure data integrity accuracy and compliance with organizational policies..
- Collect POS reports from distributors and provide a sales summary
- Respond to German headquarters inquiries by identifying the information sources to be used
- Automate streamline and further develop report templates reporting processes and infrastructure
- Update pricing in SAP maintain discounts and generate customer price lists.
- Maintain and updates sales territories and representative assignments as required.
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Business Economics or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience creating dashboards using Power BI Tableau or similar tools.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality
- Experience using SAP and SAC is an asset.
