Data Administrator

The Role
We arelooking for adetail-oriented and technically inclined Data Administrator to join our this newly created role you will be the central point of contact forall things data bringing order to a wide variety of client data formats andsources that currently flow through multiple channels across the business.

You will work closely with our accountmanagement and development teams to centralize data operations standardize ourdata ingestion processes and help build out the internal tools our teams relyon. Location:Calgary AB (Crowfoot Business Centre NW)

• Receive assessand process client data arriving in various formats and from multiple sources
• Standardize dataformats and define the tables and structures needed to support our systems
• Upload and managelarge datasets into our database ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Handle data entryrequests including adding vendors equipment records and other structured datainto internal systems
• Load andconfigure data using our internal Form Builder tool
• Define and managecoordinate formats field structures and data relationships within the tool
• Partner with ourdevelopment team to help build and improve a new data management tool
• Act as theprimary owner of data requests across the organization
• Proactivelyidentify data quality issues and recommend improvements

• 3 years ofexperience in a data database or data operations role
• Experienceworking with diverse data formats (CSV JSON Excel etc.) and mapping theminto structured systems
• High attention todetail and a methodical approach to data quality and organization
• Comfortable withrepetitive precision-based work such as bulk data loads and structured dataentry
• Experience inSQL Python or other related tools is strongly preferred
• Experienceworking with internal tooling form builders or low-code platforms
• Familiarity withGIS or coordinate-based data (lat/long spatial formats)
• Background inenergy SaaS or data-intensive industries
