Customer Success Coach

PaintScout is an industry-leading estimation and sales management software (SaaS) tailored for painting contractors. Our small but dynamic team based in Calgary AB serves customers across North America. Were on a mission to empower painting contractors with tools that streamline their operations and drive success.

Were looking for someone ideally with experience in the painting industry and with customer support or enablement experience to join us as a key part of our team. This role is essential in helping new customers unlock the full potential of PaintScouts platform guiding them through onboarding and providing expert support. If youve worked in the painting industry and are passionate about helping contractors succeed wed love to have you join our team!

What Youll Do:

• Guide and Support:Lead new customers through a seamless onboarding process helping them set up and use PaintScout effectively.
• Deliver Training:Provide personalized coaching sessions to educate clients on PaintScouts features and best practices for estimating and sales.
• Build Relationships:Serve as a trusted advisor creating strong long-term relationships that leave clients feeling supported and valued.
• Provide Feedback:Collect customer insights to share with internal teams driving product improvements and enhancing the user experience.
• Be an Expert:Become a PaintScout expert and provide insightful solutions to address client needs efficiently.

Who Were Looking For:

• Direct experience in the painting industry is preferred particularly in production sales or estimation.
• Youve worked in customer-facing roles ideally in a B2B environment and excel at delivering exceptional service.
• Your strong written and verbal communication skills allow you to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Youre detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• You have experience using CRM tools or other customer management platforms.
• Youre proactive anticipating customer needs and offering solutions before issues arise.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated to achieve shared goals.
