Youll be the first point of contact for customershelping schedule service answer questions solve problems and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent this role you will experience the full scope of what we do at GFL! From service to operations youll be an integral part of the team!

What Youll Do:

• Answer customer calls and emails professionally and promptly

• Schedule and update services as needed

• Support billing contracts and reporting

• Coordinate with operations sales and shop staff

• Handle account questions and resolve issues

• Enter data and maintain accurate records

• Assist with general office and sales support tasks

• Distribute collect and review route sheets for proper days end data entry.

• Dispatch calls to routes based upon designated route and driver location.

What Were Looking For:

• 1-2 years in a transportation dispatch or customer service role.(Preferred)

• Great communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable using the Google suite of programs

• Friendly reliable and detail-oriented

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Experience in waste or environmental services is a bonus

• Familiarity with Trux software is a plus
