General Description:

Our priority is to make sure we hire strong leaders who are committed to excellence in customer service employee development and operational efficiency and care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community.

As a Customer Service Supervisor with us the minimum responsibilities are:

  • Supervise coach and support a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure high performance engagement and service excellence

  • Monitor call volume service levels and team productivity to ensure operational targets are met

  • Assist with handling escalated customer inquiries complaints and complex billing or service issues

  • Oversee customer account management including service setup modifications cancellations and billing accuracy

  • Collaborate with internal departments (operations dispatch billing) to resolve issues and improve service delivery

  • Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and safety standards

  • Provide training performance feedback and ongoing development to team members

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and efficiency

What We Need From You:

  • Minimum 23 years of high-volume Customer Service experience with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred

  • Strong leadership coaching and team management skills

  • Experience handling escalated customer issues and driving resolution

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
