We are hiring Hybrid Call Center Agents to support a client in the financial sector. If you have strong communication skills a problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping customers wed love to see you apply!
Compensation starting at $17.60/hour.
What Youll Do:
Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls emails and other channels of communication applicable and/or supports to update customers account information
Provide outstanding customer service by listening understanding needs and resolving issues.
Navigate company systems to update customer information and process requests accurately.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling high-volume calls.
Adhere to financial sector compliance and security protocols.
