Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of office coordination experience. Experience in higher education is a plus. The candidate must enjoy working with diverse populations and be comfortable working independently.
The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite. Experience with Canva or other design software is preferred. Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy is desired. Must be able to learn quickly in a technical environment and operate video conferencing equipment printers copiers and computers. Flexibility a positive attitude and commitment to excellence are vital.

Key point of contact: 35
- acting as the first point of contact for students and faculty ensuring that classes and campus activities are set up for success
- acting as a liaison and providing hospitality to incoming visitors which could include students and staff from other locations business partners and prospective students
- ensuring that campus amenities are fully supported and available to the community
Campus operations and event support: 30
- troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with classroom technology;
- assisting with room setup breakdown and reconfiguration;
- assisting with student orientations and campus events;
- ensuring facility related issues are reported and followed up on in a timely fashion
Completing administrative duties: 35
- including but not limited to assisting faculty and student services staff with printing handouts and organizing promotional materials;
- maintaining the campus areas in a clean and stocked manner;
- administration support to regulatory submission and review processes;
- administrative support relevant to campus operations safety protocols and University policies and procedures;
- special projects as assigned
Our Campus hours are currently 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and this available position is for the afternoon/evening shift. Weekend daytime shifts may also be required on occasion to support special events and activities

$24.51 - $36.77With the pay range(s) shown above the starting salary will depend on several factors which may include your education experience location knowledge and expertise and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
