Your Role
As Customer Fulfillment Specialist youll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
- Own customer accounts and order portfolios end-to-end proactively identifying risks and taking action to ensure consistent service delivery
- Anticipate and manage operational disruptions by analyzing supply chain constraints and making informed timely decisions
- Influence cross-functional partners (Sales Planning Logistics Production Billing) to align on priorities and drive effective solutions
- Navigate ambiguity by assessing incomplete or changing information and determining the best course of action for the customer and the business
- Independently prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment balancing customer expectations with operational realities
- Lead resolution of complex issues and escalations by investigating root causes and coordinating stakeholders toward outcomes
- Identify recurring challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes efficiency and customer experience
- Exercise sound judgment in order management activities ensuring decisions consider broader operational and financial impacts
- Drive operational excellence by proactively identifying opportunities to improve systems workflows and cross-functional communication
- Maintain clear strategic communication with stakeholders influencing outcomes and ensuring alignment on expectations and resolutions
What you bring

- Experience in customer service order management or a similar client-facing role
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational supply chain logistics or customer fulfillment environment
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate complex situations professionally
- Intermediate to advanced experience with ERP systems Excel and case management tools
- Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to identifying solutions
