Job Summary

About the Role

The Product Education Specialist will help customers and internal teams better understand and use PheedLoops products. This person will own product education content improve our knowledge base and help build a structured customer certification program.

The role will work closely with both Customer Success and Product to turn complex product information into clear useful and engaging learning materials.

Key Responsibilities
Product Education
  • Create clear product guides tutorials videos and training materials.
  • Deliver product training sessions for customers and internal teams.
  • Turn product updates and new features into easy-to-understand educational content.
  • Identify common areas of confusion and create resources to address them.
  • Pheedloop Uni Checklist
Knowledge Base Ownership
  • Own and regularly update PheedLoops customer-facing knowledge base.
  • Review existing articles for accuracy clarity and consistency.
  • Work with Product and Customer Success to keep content current.
  • Create a simple process for requesting and approving new content.
Certification Program
  • Create learning content and materials to support PheedLoops customer certification program.
  • Develop training resources and supporting educational materials.
  • Track participation completion rates and customer feedback.
  • Continuously improve the learning content based on customer needs and feedback.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Partner with Product to understand releases and upcoming changes.
  • Work with Customer Success to identify customer education gaps.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing learning for customers.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and standard across all educational content.
What Were Looking For
  • Strong written communication and instructional skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information in simple language.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable creating written visual and video-based content.
  • Able to manage projects independently and work across teams.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer education training knowledge management Customer Success or SaaS is an asset.
