Position SummaryWere hiring a Curd Associate to support daily manufacturing tasks including unpackaging stored curd completing required documentation and maintaining a clean safe workspace. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced physically demanding environment. This position involves heavy lifting and carrying working in refrigerated environments and physical ResponsibilitiesEmbody and promotecompanys core values (Integrity Growth and Resilience).Maintain accurate records of curd handling storage and and maintain equipment used for curd handling and ensure proper sanitation of said equipment. Maintain accurate inventory of stored curd to ensure consistent supply for production. Ensure curd is stored and handled under proper conditions preserving quality and curd for production following controlled preparation procedures. Inspect stored and prepared curd for quality consistency and compliance with all safety guidelines and food safety regulations during curd handling. Work closely with production team to ensure timely curd supply. Identify opportunities to improve curd handling efficiency and reduce waste.
