Job Summary:

Prepare flight crew monthly bid packages and awards tocomply withall pilot scheduling and collective agreement requirements ensuring staffing levels are balanced on all schedules. Plan all pilot training requirementson a monthly basis.

Job duties and Responsibilities:

• Build operational pairings integrate training schedules and prepare bid packages.
• Generate monthly schedules from received bids.
• Monitor operations to determine required adjustments to crewing needs.
• Analyze commercial schedule to determine subsequent staffing requirements.
• Preplan recurrent line checks monthly plan initial line checks based on training progress.
• Plan monthly training simulator ground training and line indoctrination.
• Liaise with Flight Ops training management to ensure planned training complies with department objectives and Canadian Aviation Regulations.
• Manage training changes throughout the month as adjustments become required.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Relevant post-secondary diploma or degree.
• 2 years experience in crew scheduling/planning in an airline operation.
• High-level functional ability with Crew Planning/Scheduling softwarePelesysLMS/QMS automation systems.
• Working knowledge of transport jetaircraftoperating regulationsdocumentationand equipment.
• Ability to work irregular hours and shift patterns from time to time.
• Ability to hold a RAIC andmaintainsecurity clearance.
• Ability to work well independently under time and resource constraints within a team environment.
