How youll make an impact

Play a key role in supporting FCCs corporate lending activities by helping manage complex lending portfolios and strengthening relationships with corporate clients. Acting as a trusted partner to the lending team youll help deliver financing solutions to local corporate enterprises by ensuring accuracy responsiveness and a high level of service throughout the loan lifecycle.

Youll leverage your corporate lending administration experience to support loan approvals documentation and ongoing portfolio management. Working closely with senior loan analysts and internal partners youll help navigate complex financial structures while ensuring compliance with internal processes and external requirements.

Through strong relationship management attention to detail and effective communication youll help create a seamless client experience support sales objectives and contribute to the overall success of the corporate lending team.

What youll do
  • Partner with a corporate lending team to proactively build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects

  • Respond to client inquiries provide solutions and process requests in a thorough and professional manner creating opportunities to support business development
  • Collaborate with senior loan analysts to complete complex loan documentation and administrative processes
  • Maintain ongoing open communication with clients regarding their accounts and lending arrangements
  • Accurately enter customer and financial information into the lending system
  • Support the administration of complex lending portfolios ensuring compliance with internal policies and processes

What youll bring to the team

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration and at least three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Specialized knowledge of corporate lending and loan administration procedures

  • Understanding of syndication inter-lender and securitization agreements and similar financial arrangements

  • Ability to interpret complex financial statements to support data entry account reviews and covenant testing

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with financial institutions legal partners or corporate clients in a lending environment

  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
