We are hiringone(1)full-time permanentCoordinator Flow Control Facilitiesposition working out ofAurumin Edmonton Alberta.

The Coordinator Flow Control Facilities is responsible for coordinating tracking and managing work within the Flow Control Facilities (FCF) Maintenance group ensuring that projects initiatives and asset-related work are effectively planned scheduled monitored reported on and completed through collaboration with internal teams. The role oversees the development and maintenance of FCF documentation tracks and reports performance metrics serves as the Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator for FCF and is accountable for delivering outcomes with timelines ranging from three to twelve months. Reporting to the Manager FCF Technical Services the Coordinator operates within established organizational guidelines and delegated authority to support the safe efficient and reliable execution of maintenance activities.

What youd be responsible for

  • Identify and support budget requirements related to information analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and drive performance against annual objectives ensuring results are achieved through established metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Develop maintain and execute a comprehensive documentation strategy for Flow Control Maintenance ensuring procedures process maps work instructions diagrams and related resources are complete current accessible and free of duplication.
  • Support tech initiatives such as SharePoint Online site development and improvement data gathering and analysis for software implementation and work within our CMMS system.
  • Partner with Asset Management and scheduling teams to ensure accurate asset data collection support maintenance planning and contribute to asset condition monitoring capital projects and maintenance initiatives.
  • Develop track and analyze maintenance performance metrics dashboards and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency effectiveness safety and data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as the Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator for the FCF team facilitating the submission progression governance tracking and completion of MOC activities.
  • Support procurement and contractor management processes by coordinating with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records valid permits and effective contractor and vendor oversight.
  • Demonstrate a high-performance safety-focused accountable innovative and customer-oriented approach that promotes operational excellence and strong business partnerships.

Whats required to be successful

Knowledge/Training/Education

  • 2-year Diploma from an accredited Engineering Technology program.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in design.
  • Experience in project coordination is considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with all stakeholders to align interests build relationships and resolve issues collectively working towards continuous improvement goals.
  • Strong understanding of EPCORs safety standards and processes.
  • Experience developing procedures including task analysis effective collaboration with all stakeholders and the creation of required documentation.

Technical Skills

  • Competency with computer software including IVARA GeoFIT MS Office SharePoint Oracle and PowerBI.
  • Ability to translate engineering designs into practical commissioning efforts.
  • Ability to provide input and direction on asset life cycle decision specifically on preventive maintenance strategies and execution.

  • Final Wage and Step will bedeterminedat the time ofselectionand based on a combination of factors as outlined in the Collective Agreement.
