The Position

As the Contracts Specialist reporting directly to the Commercial Contracting Director you are responsible for the data integrity of our Service Contracts in Rexis NFSS and SAP systems. You will use your strong analytical skills and attention to detail to enter maintain and update all relevant information pertaining to Service Contracts. The Contract Specialist will work with other chapters in the organization to drive the ultimate customer experience at the operational phase of the journey.

The Opportunity:

  • Review and manage commercial service contract renewals proactively to ensure compliance with terms billing standards and company guidelines.

  • Communicate directly with internal and external customers to validate contract information resolve inquiries and handle renewals.

  • Maintain accurate contract documentation including purchase orders and renewal letters ensuring everything is audit-ready and meets high business standards.

  • Generate and analyze regular service reports to notify field personnel of upcoming contract expirations 90 days in advance.

  • Investigate and resolve credit note requests related to service billings finding root causes within established timeframes.

  • Ensure database integrity in SAP and other contract management systems keeping customer master data and account details fully up-to-date.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelors degree College Diploma or have equivalent practical experience paired with 3 to 5 years of professional experience.

  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

  • You have a strong analytical mind great attention to detail and a natural ability for collaborative problem-solving and relationship building.

  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and prior experience with SAP SAP-BW or Tableau is considered a valuable asset.

  • You are proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities to deliver high-quality audit-ready operational support.

Additional Information:

  • Full time (35 hours per week).

  • Based out of Laval QC.

  • Hybrid minimum 3 days per week in the office.

  • Fixed term 12 month contract.

LOpportunité:

  • Gérer et réviser de manière proactive les renouvellements de contrats de service commerciaux afin de garantir la conformité aux conditions et aux normes de facturation de lentreprise.

  • Communiquer directement avec les clients internes et externes pour valider les informations contractuelles assurer le suivi des renouvellements et résoudre les problèmes.

  • Assurer la tenue à jour des documents contractuels (bons de commande lettres de renouvellement de service) pour garantir une conformité constante aux normes de lentreprise.

  • Produire et analyser des rapports dactivité réguliers pour informer les équipes terrain des échéances de contrats à venir 90 jours à lavance.

  • Analyser et traiter les demandes de notes de crédit relatives à la facturation des services en menant les investigations nécessaires dans les délais impartis.

  • Garantir lintégrité des bases de données dans SAP et dautres outils de gestion de contrats en maintenant à jour les informations relatives aux comptes clients.

Qui vous êtes:

  • Vous possédez un baccalauréat un diplôme détudes collégiales ou une expérience équivalente accompagné de 3 à 5 ans dexpérience professionnelle.

  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement langlais et le français tant à loral quà lécrit.

  • Vous avez un fort esprit danalyse un grand souci du détail et une aptitude naturelle à la résolution de problèmes et à la collaboration.

  • Vous maîtrisez lutilisation de Microsoft Excel et une expérience préalable avec SAP SAP-BW ou Tableau constitue un atout précieux.

  • Vous êtes proactif(ve) et capable de gérer de manière autonome les priorités pour assurer un soutien opérationnel de haut niveau et conforme aux normes.

Informations complémentaires :

  • Temps plein (35 heures par semaine).

  • Basé à Laval QC

  • Hybride avec un minimum de 3 jours par semaine au bureau.

  • Contrat à durée déterminée (CDD) de 12 mois
