Branco Management is hiring a Construction Service Coordinator (Buildings Division) based in Dieppe NB.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced construction operations enjoys solving problems keeping crews productive and building strong client relationships.
Youll help lead Brancos Buildings Service Division supporting General Contractors and institutional clients with responsive service work including hazardous material abatement labor rental carpentry support selective interior demolition concrete work and concrete cutting/coring.
This role is all about execution customer satisfaction and growing repeat business.

Required Skills:
5 years of construction leadership experience in service operations field supervision or construction management Proven experience coordinating crews scheduling work and managing labor productivity in a fast-paced construction environment Strong client service mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships and generate repeat business Experience pricing and quoting service work time & materials jobs. Strong understanding of construction field operations including labor equipment scheduling and job execution Experience leading foremen and field teams with clear expectations and accountability Ability to make quick decisions solve problems and adapt in a fast-moving service environment Comfortable handling urgent client requests and occasional after-hours operational needs Experience in one or more of the following is considered a strong asset: Labor rental / workforce supply Hazardous Material Abatement Selective demolition Concrete cutting / coring General contracting or institutional service work Strong communication and organizational skills Valid drivers license
