Role At a GlanceAs a Project Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting project management activities. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop and apply foundational knowledge and skills in project management principles and best practices. Under the close supervision of a Project Manager you will primarily focus on routine project coordination tasks assisting with project reports and providing essential support in project communication and You Will DoAssist Project Managers in coordinating projects ensuring timelines are project documentation such as RFIs shop drawings and submittals and support the change management project reports including internal performance and resource management reports and draft client meeting minutes set up meetings and draft agendas for project team organized project documentation and Project Directors/Managers with project start-up coordination scheduling and tender evaluations and relay field problems to the project team for author and finalize contracts and obtain closeout subcontractor safety documentation review and assist with safety project management or estimating team with proposals and tendering when subcontractor safety on site and proactively identify Contract Coordinators with tasks and assist Site Superintendents on projects as other administrative and project coordination duties as You Bring to the TableDiploma or bachelors degree in ACET APFM Construction Engineering Technology Construction Management or related understanding of project management principles and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to solve problems as they arise; investigate and understand complex issues and report to corresponding team members for timely written and verbal communication in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Outlook knowledge of Bluebeam Viewpoint SiteDocs and/or Procore is to work both independently and collaboratively both in office and in field -oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of to learn and develop new skills in project coordination and ConditionsThis position is primarily office-based and involves regular computer and telephone use with frequent coordination across office and project teams. Occasional travel to project sites or other offices may be required.
