Our continued commitment to servicing the prototype to mid-volume clientele has awarded us with strong stable growth over 40 successful years and many valued long-term Title: Conformal Coating and Robotics TechnicianReports To: Production SupervisorDepartment: Conformal CoatingRate: $19.10-$20.10Shift: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (Monday Friday)Key Responsibilities: Operate automated machinery on conformal coating machine and sprayer Basic Manual assembly of Electronic components including complex and high density projects according to assembly books custom specs and quality standards Mechanical Assembly as required Component preparation placement or installation Participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set requirements are updated regularly Participate in all team level quality improvement initiativesQualifications: Basic Knowledge of chemical handling and conformal coating materials (experience will be an asset) Previous experience on operating automated machinery Previous experience working on SMT/TH or Mix Tech assemblies Basic communication skills in both written and oral English Ability to read and understand assembly documentation Solid understanding in IPC 610-A or ANSI-J technical standards Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Organized and detail oriented Enthusiasm and ability to work well independently and as part of a teamMicroart Services is committed to providing accommodation in its recruitment processes to applicants with disabilities upon request taking into account the applicants accessibility needs.
