Responsibilities

Monitor and secure assigned properties
Conduct regular patrols and inspections
Respond to incidents and emergencies
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Provide excellent customer service to visitors and tenants
Enforce site rules and safety procedures

Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (preferred)
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and attitude
