What youll do

• Lead internal communications strategies and plans that support HR-led initiatives and business priorities.
• Create and manage compelling content across channels including employee updates and all employee calls employee experience communications recruitment and onboarding content and leader communications.
• Develop employee and team profiles that spotlight the work and impact of our people.
• Contribute to crisis communications and cybersecurity communication planning and preparedness as well as other communications projects as they arise.
• Manage multiple priorities timelines and stakeholders delivering high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 610 years of progressive experience in journalism or communications ideally including internal communications or similar experience.
• 3 years partnering directly with senior leaders in a large organization to develop and deliver communications strategies.
• Bachelors degree in journalism communications public relations marketing business or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
