Job Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Sweep vacuum wipe and mop storage units hallways restrooms and elevators.
- Restroom Maintenance: Restock bathrooms with toilet paper paper towels Kleenex and soap.
- Surface Upkeep: Dust furniture walls and equipment and clean windows glass partitions and mirrors.
- Waste Management: Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Supply Management: Ensure cleaning supplies are stored in a safe secure area and use chemical cleaners and power equipment according to protocol.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of job-related janitorial or cleaning experience.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including stooping standing walking climbing stairs and lifting or carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive reliable mindset. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
