Job Summary
A full-time Commercial Cleaner position at CBRE involves ensuring the cleanliness safety and sanitation of assigned commercial or corporate properties. Responsibilities require performing physically demanding custodial work adhering strictly to company health and safety standards and efficiently operating industrial cleaning equipment.

- General Cleaning: Sweep mop vacuum and dust common areas hallways offices and storage spaces.
- Sanitation: Deep clean and sanitize restrooms breakrooms and elevators ensuring surfaces are disinfected.
- Supply Management: Stock and replenish restroom and kitchen consumables (e.g. soap paper towels toilet paper).
- Waste Disposal: Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility.
- Specialty Tasks: Clean glass partitions windows and mirrors.
- Safety & Compliance: Properly handle and store chemical cleaners and power equipment in accordance with CBRE standards.
Core Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of directly related commercial cleaning or custodial experience.
- Physical Ability: Must be capable of continuous standing walking bending and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Soft Skills: Strong time management reliability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
