Role Description
- Design develop and support enterprise reporting solutions using IBM Cognos to enable data-driven decision-making across insurance and financial services.
- Develop and maintain Cognos reports dashboards and frameworks using Report Studio and Cognos Analytics.
- Design data models packages and metadata layers for business reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy consistency and governance.
- Support production issues enhancements and release deployments.
- Integrate Cognos with enterprise data platforms such as SQL Server Oracle and Azure data services.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation and documentation.
