To meet the growing demand for our product were looking for a CNC & FabricationLead to take ownership of production flow across a wide range of advancedCNC technologies lead a team of operators and team leads and drive continuousimprovement in safety quality and throughput.

This role is ideal forsomeone with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys solving problems on thefloor optimizing processes and developing people in a fast-paced CNC andfabrication environment.

WhatYoull Do:

Lead daily production flowacross CNC laser brake and machining operations

Coordinate labour machinecapacity and material flow to meet production targets

Identify and resolvebottlenecks across cutting forming and machining processes

Monitor production performanceand adjust priorities to maintain schedule and quality

Lead structured problem-solvingon quality issues and production disruptions

Ensure safety standards andoperating procedures are consistently followed

Support training anddevelopment of operators and team leads

Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to improve throughput reduce waste and stabilize processes

Previous experience in amanufacturing environment with leadership responsibility.

Experience setting productionplans and managing the plan versus actual performance.

Previous CNC and fabricationexperience would be considered an asset.
