Salary Range: $50000 - $58000/yearly
About The Current Open Role
We are seeking an enthusiasticprofessional and customer focused Client Service Representative to become amember of our team in ourCalgary ABoffice.
What Were Looking For
Day to day support to customersproviding guidance and solutions to their inquiries by phone or email at atimely manner
Prepareselector quotes new vehicle orders and various reports
Manageand track individual as well as team assigned cases using Salesforce withinpredetermined OLAs
Updateand maintain internal databases while ensuring a high level of accuracy
Pro-activelyassist Account Managers with shared accounts portfolio with the transition ofaccounts when appropriate
Assistclients with strategic planning to evaluate fleet needs and provide bestsolutions
Conductclient meetings training sessions and other client requests as required
Identifyinefficiencies and suggest and implement fleet cost cutting measures
Completeclient and prospect specific projects
Provideback-up support to the Client Services Team
Learnproducts and services and undertake internal development and training
Followcompany defined policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
What Youll Bring
At least 3-5 years experience in asimilar customer relations position
Ability to multi-task with accuracy
Knowledge of a CRM tool such as SalesForce would be an asset
Ability to prioritize requests anddeadlines
Strong analytical skills
Professional phone manners
Proficient in MS Office Suite;advanced in Excel
Passion to stay busy and eager to dowhatever it takes to get the job done
Strong written and oral communicationskills
Positive energy and enthusiasm everyday
Previous experience and familiaritywith automotive leasing is an asset
Bilingual in English and Frenchpreferred
