Client Retention & Acquisition Specialist

A reputable HVAC organization is urgently looking to hire a results and customer-oriented HVAC Client Retention & Acquisition Rep to work out of their office in Vaughan ON. This role will grow into a more leadership role.

Working in office the HVAC Client Retention & Acquisition Rep will upsell and sell to new and existing clients on maintenance programs or other company offerings provide quotes answer any incoming calls and direct services and inquires as needed; other duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least three (3) years residential HVAC sales experience
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Valid drivers license and clean drivers record

COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:

• Base Salary: $60000.00 - $65000.00/year Plus Commission (Average total compensation $75K - $80K)
• Paid bi-weekly through direct deposit

SHIFT: Days Monday - Friday. Flexible to the occasional Saturday if needed.
