Pawsitive Veterinary Care is hiring for a Client Care Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) with a love of animals a passion for people and an interest in medicine growth opportunities and team dynamics. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills computer skills customer service experience and animal and/or medical experience. The role includes the following duties:
Assisting veterinarians and client with appointments
Organizing scheduling and task management
Client communications through phones and electronics
Maintaining veterinary medical records
Maintaining a clean hospital environment
Interacting and handling peoples pets with love and attention
Social media management
Weekly Hours
5 days/week full-time
Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
Wednesday: 9am - 5:30pm
Thursday: 9am - 5:30pm
Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: 9am - 4pm
Daily lunch breaks with flexibility minimum 30 minutes up to 1 hour.
