Job Summary
Join Our Team as a Cleaner!
We are currently looking for part-time cleaner for a 6-floor residential building (276 units) located near Trethewey Street. The cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the buildings common areas and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and exterior grounds.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Cleaning residential and common areas of the property
- Replenishing supplies such as soap paper towels and toilet paper
- Performing cleaning tasks including dusting mopping sweeping waxing floors and vacuuming
- Cleaning spills broken glass and other messes promptly and safely
- Coordinating duties with other cleaning staff
- Ensuring bathrooms and sanitation areas are properly maintained
- Ordering cleaning supplies as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset
- Reliable and a good communicator
- Strong time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Schedule
Monday-Friday
8am-4pm
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $19 per hr
