WhatYoullDo

• SupportmultipleProjectManagersandprojectsbycoordinatingcommunicationandinformationbetweeninternalteamsfieldoperationsGeneralContractorsconsultantssuppliersmanufacturerssubcontractorsandotherprojectstakeholders.
• Assistwithprojectstartupandongoingcoordinationbyreviewingdrawingsspecificationsscopeestimatesschedulesandotherprojectdocumentsandhelpidentifyrequirementsresponsibilitiesdeliverablesandpotentialissues.
• CoordinatetheshopdrawingsubmittalandRFIprocessincludingsitemeasurementsandscanninginformationdraftingcoordinationreviewssubmissionscommentsrevisionssamplesproductdatacolourselectionsmockupsandapprovals.
• AssistProjectManagerswithprojectschedulesmaterialprocurementsupplierandsubcontractorquotationsRequisitionFormsPurchaseOrderdocumentationfabricationanddeliverytrackingandfollow-uponitemsthatmayaffectprojectprogress.
• Support site and logistical planning including site access deliveries staging material handling cranes lifts equipment permits orientations and coordination with field supervisors installers General Contractors and site teams
• Participateininternalclientconsultantsuppliersubcontractorandsitecoordinationmeetings;assistwithmeetingpreparationrecordminutesandactionitemswhenrequiredandfollowuponoutstandingcommitments.
• AssistwithprojectcostanddocumentationcontrolbytrackingPurchaseOrderssupplierandsubcontractorcommitmentspricingbackupquantitiesbillinginformationprojectcostsschedulessafetydocumentationandotherrequiredprojectrecords.
• SupportprojectsthroughcompletionbycoordinatingdeficienciesinspectionswarrantyitemscloseoutdocumentationandoutstandingprojectrequirementswhilefollowingBothwell-Accurateandsite-specificsafetyproceduresandpromptlyescalatingconcernstotheappropriateteammember.
