DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Host and deal a variety of casino games in a studio while liveon camera for real players in a rotating shift workenvironment

Interact with and provide an engaging and rewardingexperience for live players

Provide an excellent service to the clients

Maintain the highest professional standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) (C1) both oral and

written. Fluent in English (C1)

Minimum of 1 - 2 years previous work experience in aservice-related industry

You need to already be in the local vicinity and have the rightto work and live in Canada

Have a strong work ethic be open to learning new things

A desire to provide exceptional customer service

Excellent communication skills

Positive pro-active approach to work with a flexible can-doattitude

A sense of responsibility and aspire to be the best at whatyou do

The ability to work as part of a wider team and be adaptable

to changing business needs this could include changingshift patterns and providing cover for colleagues
