Certent CDM Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Certent CDM Developer to support financial reporting disclosure management and SEC filing automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Certent Disclosure Management along with advanced Microsoft Excel automation skills including VBA/macros.

The role involves developing and enhancing financial reporting solutions automating disclosure processes integrating enterprise data sources and collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain Certent CDM solutions for financial reporting and disclosures
  
• Build and enhance automation workflows for SEC filings including 10-K 10-Q and 8-K
  
• Configure and customize Certent templates reports and business rules
  
• Develop and support Excel-based automation macros and reusable reporting components
  
• Create and optimize complex Excel models dashboards and validation frameworks
  
• Implement reconciliation logic and automated tie-out processes
  
• Develop integrations between ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.) and Certent CDM
  
• Support XBRL tagging automation and filing processes
  
• Collaborate with Finance Accounting and Audit teams to gather and implement business requirements
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues data inconsistencies and reporting defects
  
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements
  

Required Skills

• 68 years of experience in Certent CDM development or financial systems development
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Certent Disclosure Management
  
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel automation
