Job Summary

Location: Toronto Hybrid

Experience: 8-10 years

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Project Management experience to lead Tableau to Power BI migration initiatives. The role requires a hands-on BA PM professional who can drive end-to-end delivery manage stakeholders and ensure high-quality migration of reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering analysis and documentation

Drive end-to-end project delivery (planning tracking governance)

Manage Tableau to Power BI migration (reports datasets dashboards)

Perform data validation reconciliation and UAT coordination

Work closely with business tech and data teams

Ensure timely delivery quality and stakeholder sign-off

Required Skills

Strong experience in Power BI (DAX data modeling reporting)

Good understanding of Tableau (existing report analysis)

Experience in migration or BI transformation projects

Strong SQL and data analysis skills

Experience in Agile / project management tools (JIRA etc.)

Soft Skills

Strong stakeholder management & communication

Ability to drive delivery under tight timelines

Problem-solving and ownership mindset

Preferred

BFSI / enterprise project experience

PMP / Agile certification (nice to have
