Business System Analyst in Capital Markets

We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst with strong Capital Markets expertise to support UAT planning business testing and validation activities across Repo and Collateral Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements analysis business process testing and front-to-back trade lifecycle validation.

• Partner with Business Trading Operations Risk and Technology teams to validate requirements user journeys and acceptance criteria
• Define and manage UAT business testing strategy scope approach and execution plans
• Create end-to-end business test scenarios test cases and traceability matrices
• Prepare and validate test data perform data mapping tracing and reconciliation activities
• Execute UAT testing capture evidence and provide status reporting on risks issues and dependencies
• Manage defect tracking triage retesting and resolution with Development and QA teams
• Validate collateral management processes including margin calls eligibility rules haircuts substitutions disputes and collateral optimization
• Test Repo trade lifecycle processes including trade capture amendments rollovers settlements and confirmations
• Perform settlement and reconciliation validations across securities cash FX and payment workflows
• Produce UAT deliverables including sign-off documentation exit reports SOPs and lessons learned

• 10 years of experience as a Business System Analyst in Capital Markets environments
• Strong knowledge of Repo and Collateral Management business processes
• Experience with UAT planning business testing and requirements validation
• Expertise in creating test strategies test cases traceability matrices and test execution reports
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle settlements reconciliations and operational workflows
• Experience managing defects and coordinating with QA and development teams
• Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with business process testing tools and methodologies

• Hybrid work model (3 days onsite per week)
