Business System Analyst Credit Cards

We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst Credit Cards to bridge business requirements and technology solutions for enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business systems analysis Agile delivery data analysis and stakeholder management with experience supporting credit card or financial services applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to gather analyze and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and system specifications ensuring alignment with business objectives and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes and technology ecosystems and define future-state solutions.
• Create process flows activity diagrams sequence diagrams and data flow diagrams using Visio.
• Develop and maintain business rules data mapping and data models.
• Manage end-to-end requirements traceability throughout design development testing and deployment.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and support solution delivery.
• Perform impact analysis and support system integration and implementation activities.
• Participate in solution design reviews prototype evaluations and quality assurance activities.
• Support post-implementation validation issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
• Maintain project documentation using JIRA and Confluence while following Agile methodologies.

• 5 8 years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Agile project delivery experience.
• Strong experience with business rules data mapping and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in creating process and system diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts including executing queries.
• Ability to understand and interpret basic Java code.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in Credit Cards Payments or Banking domains.
• Knowledge of SDLC system integration and software testing processes.
• Experience working in enterprise Agile environments.
• Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise application architectures.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
